IFT Feeding Tomorrow Fund Fun Run, Walk & Celebration
Kick off Tuesday of IFT FIRST with the Fun Run, Walk & Celebration, a community event that brings together food science professionals, students, and industry leaders in support of the future of food. Whether you're an experienced runner or simply looking to enjoy a morning walk with colleagues, all experience levels are welcome.
Proceeds from the event directly support the IFT Feeding Tomorrow Fund, which helps students pursue education, leadership development, and career opportunities in food science. Every dollar raised helps strengthen the workforce pipeline needed to tackle the food system challenges of tomorrow—from food security and sustainability to innovation and public health.

Time: 6:00 AM–8:00 AM; race kicks-off at 6:30 after opening remarks
Location: McCormick Place, beginning at the entrance circle; breakfast served after near the Starbucks
